If you currently need help in choosing elder care placement for yourself or a loved one, please give us a call. Our services are not only free of charge, but we will pay you $100 if you allow us to assist you and placement is found through our service.
We want to make sure that people who are looking for quality living arrangements are given the help and support that is needed at this time in their lives. We are professionals who will walk with you through an often confusing and difficult situation.
San Diego has an abundance of assisted living, retirement and residential care homes. But like anything else, there are some that are good and some that are not so good. Remember, just because a facility may have an empty bed, does NOT necessarily mean that is the best place for you or your loved one. That is one of the reasons we have staff to assess ALL of your needs and to assist in helping you make the right decisions. Remember, we are professionals, and this is our business.
We will be happy to meet with you personally, to discuss your needs and help you find the best place suited to meet those needs. If you choose, one of us will accompany you to talk to the perspective administrators to make sure all pertinent questions in regard to your situation are answered to your satisfaction. We have a working relationship with administrators and can often negotiate cost for you. We will help you make the right decision based on all the facts.
After placement, a follow-up visit is made to ensure that all your needs are being met and that you remain happy with your decision. Again, all this is at NO COST to you!

What we will do for you . . .

 Step 1: Our Social Worker will ask you questions about health, personality, financial and location needs of you or the loved one that needs placement. We will then determine what will be the best situation based on the information you provide. When appropriate, we will meet with the individual who needs to be relocated and will discuss what is important to them to guarantee proper placement. We care and want to guide you the the right place.
Step 2: After all information is gathered, we'll discuss with you different options. We will prepare a list of homes with our highest rating that will meet all your special needs. We will also if desired personally tour facilities with you to assist in determining your best elder care.
Step 3: When the choice is made, we assist in finalizing all the details. WE'RE WITH YOU EVERY STEP OF THE WAY!! If needed, we will personally transport individuals to their new home and assist throughout their transition period.

After placement . . .

A follow-up visit or phone call is made by our Social Worker within two weeks after placement to ensure complete satisfaction. | | |
